– Varun Panjwani, CEO, Health FX

Varun is an experienced CEO with a demonstrated history of working in the Blockchain, Healthcare Industry and Digital Services.

Skilled in Digital Strategy, Healthcare Marketing, Team Management, Web and Social Media, Varun is a passionate entrepreneur with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) focused in Finance & Information Systems, with a Minor in Social Science from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.


– Dr Sean Lam, Head of Data Science, SingHealth

Dr Sean Lam is an experienced data scientist, practitioner and academician with a PhD and Masters from
NUS. He has spent nearly 20 years in government, research, academic and healthcare organizations.

He is currently the Head of Data Science with the SingHealth Health Services Research Centre (HSRC),
overseeing a team of data scientists in the development data science-related infrastructure,
technologies, policies and processes for the enhancement of patient care and outcomes.

He is also a faculty member with the Duke-NUS Medical School and the Singapore Management University.


– Chirdeep Singh Chhabra, Founder, Ocean Protocol

Chirdeep is a self-motivated business technology professional with over ten years of experience in founder, CTO, marketing and investor roles, in EU, Switzerland and India. He has a strong experience in commercialising technology, mentorship and operational accountability underpin delivery for investors, clients and team.

Chirdeep is an entrepreneurial, technology transfer expert in innovation consulting, and commercially oriented with extensive experience in European and emerging markets, Telecommunication and IT industries, and consulting SME’s on new business development and technology transfer.


– Ernie Teo, CTO, Jupiter Chain & JEDTrade

Ernie Teo is a tech economist with a specialisation blockchain and fintech; with a keen interest in building inclusive socio-economic systems.

He is Chief Technology Officer at JEDTrade, where he leads the research and development of the blockchain platform, Jupiter Chain.

Ernie is active in the blockchain community in Singapore, giving talks and seminar both in the industry and at universities. He is also adjunct senior lecturer at the National University of Singapore where he teaches Fintech and Blockchain. His last position was as a Research Scientist at the IBM Center for Blockchain Innovation.

Ernie received his PhD in Economics from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He’s also held academic positions in Nanyang Technological University and Singapore Management University.



– Shruti Dwivedi, General Manager, Blockchain Centre Singapore 

Shruti has over 16 years of diverse experience, spanning the healthcare industry, consulting, and startups.

While in healthcare/pharma, she held commercial strategy and operations roles in Marketing, Sales, Market Research, and Consulting for APAC while based in Singapore, as well as in India and Malaysia while based there. Following that, she founded a startup that provided solutions for mid-term business travel.

In her current role, Shruti manages Blockchain Centre Singapore, a global non-profit blockchain knowledge & community centre that aims to increase awareness around blockchain technology and build an inclusive blockchain community.
