Our Team

Shruti Dwivedi

Shruti has over 16 years of diverse experience, spanning the healthcare industry, consulting, and startups.

While in healthcare, she held commercial strategy and operations roles in Marketing, Sales, and Market Research, for APAC based in Singapore, as well as India and Malaysia while based there. Following that, she founded a startup that provided solutions for mid-term business travel.

In her current role, Shruti manages Blockchain Centre Singapore, a global non-profit blockchain knowledge hub that aims to increase awareness around blockchain technology and build an inclusive blockchain community.

Takatoshi Shibayama

Takatoshi has been a corporate restructuring specialist for 17 years, having analyzed and invested in complicated special situation events of companies.

He started his career in investment banking, later joined a US hedge fund Davidson Kempner Capital Management, and then co-founding 3D Investment Partners in Singapore.

Randeep Melhi

Randeep was the founding member of KPMG’s blockchain practice in 2014. He has been helping banks in New York reconcile with the impact of blockchain technology on their business models.

He started his career as a structured products professional at BlackRock where he learned how Wall Street operates before turning to management consulting

Clarice has been an educator for 8 years. She has taught in one of the top independent schools in Singapore before teaching professionals from a myriad of industries in Japan.

She has also had media and communication experience with consumer, healthcare and technology clients.
